Field Trip Day!!!

Today was Carlos' first field trip! I went with him, and we lucked out having Calvyn in town as well - the three of us had a blast picking out lots and lots of pumpkins. I had to have one of every color!

Toasted pumpkin seeds
(Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray, toast at 325 degrees until done (maybe 25-30 minutes?), stirring once or twice during baking time.)
