So good!
Dressing:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Thoroughly blend all ingredients and pour over spinach salad with avocado, cashews (roasted, unsalted), dried cranberries, and oranges.

I made this last night for myself and my boyfriend. It was awesome. My bf actually had a second helping of SALAD!....and I drank the leftover dressing. lol. Thanks!
