Birthday Party Time!

Carols' 3rd birthday is on the 21st, but we had his party today.

Grandma Thelma worked her decorating talents on this cute cake. Carlos requested a sheep on his cake this year.

When everyone gathered around to sing Happy Birthday, Carlos looked a little overwhelmed...

...but he soon adjusted to being the center of attention...

...and by the time the song was over, he was clapping enthusiastically.

Next came pinata time!

Whack it!

Candy!!! Toys!!!

Hope your day was as fun as ours. :-)

Hi Tamara,

It looks a lot of fun... Carlos looks happy and the cake looks yummy..

For the html code for the pinata.

use this code &ntilde it'll create the tilde on the n...

have fun!!!

Thanks for the tip. :-) I tried typing &ntilde on its own and I got the n with the squiggly line, but when I put it into the word without spaces (ie, pi&ntildeata), it didn't work...???

meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8"

try copying that in between your head/head of your html and try it should work.

one more suggestion you can create the n with the character and copy and paste it for the word pinata. Create it separate and copy it...
